Our Physio Advice Line (0300 555 0210) was down yesterday (26 June), due to a power supply problem.

Unfortunately it was down for a few hours before we could get a closed message on the line. This delay meant that callers were waiting in a queue and not getting their call answered, as we were unable to access.
