You wanted clearer information on our waiting times as well as shorter waits to be seen.
What we did:
We have updated our website to provide up to date information on our waiting times for all our services putting you more in control of your care, with options to be seen at a variety of locations.
We have also recruited more staff to work across sites at some of our longer waiting time areas, which will enable patients to be seen quicker.
We have updated our website to provide more information for those to help mange there conditions whilst they wait to be seen.
